SHIPPING & RETURNS

How do I return an item?

We want you to love your GOLDSHEEP so if you are not satisfied with a product, we want to make it right! As long as the merchandise is unworn, unwashed, and has not been damaged from wearing, please send it back to us within 14 days of receiving your order to receive store credit. We no longer process exchanges - accepted returns will be eligible for store credit ONLY.

Please note that we do not accept returns on International orders.

Postage costs must be covered by the customer unless the item was received as faulty and any product that appears to be worn will be sent back to the customer.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact info@goldsheepclothing.com immediately upon receiving your item. We will request photos of the damaged item(s) and once evaluated, we will inform you if a replacement is possible. 

In order to process returns, you MUST have the following in your package being sent back to us:

  • The packing slip

  • A note stating the reason for the return

All returns are sent to our California office and shipping times can vary. Please allow 5-7 business days for returns to be processed once your return package has been delivered.

 

I purchased a pair of GOLDSHEEP at one of your retail locations and need to return/exchange them. Can I send them back to you instead?

Unfortunately, no. As much as we would we would love to, all of our retailers have their own return/exchange policies so it would need to be done at the location of purchase.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Do you ship International?

Yes! Our GOLDSHEEP overseas deserve the same amount of love! We ship all International orders via USPS and the cost of this varies due to the region in which you are located. Customers are responsible for the cost of any duties and taxes upon receiving and we must declare items at full value. We do not allow for returns or exchanges on International orders.    

 

ORDERS & PAYMENT

How long will it take to receive my order?

We want you to receive your order as quickly as you want it in your mailbox, but please keep in mind that we hand make each piece to order in our Orange County warehouse! Depending on the amount of current orders in our system, please allow for 7-10 business days for your order to be made and ready for shipment. We ship all orders USPS so from your ship date, please allow for 5 business days for domestic orders and 15-20 business days for International orders.

*Any orders that contain 4+ pieces will require a signature at delivery*

 

How do I know when my order has shipped?

Once your order has been carefully crafted, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will also include a tracking number.

 

How do I make changes to my order?

If you need to make changes to your order, please email info@goldsheepclothing.com and we will do our best to make any updates. Once the order is in production, we are not able to make any changes. 

 

How do I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please email info@goldsheepclothing.com. If your order has not been sent to production, we are able to cancel and issue store credit. Once the item has been sent to production, we are not able to cancel. 

 

PRODUCT

Do you have gift certificates available for purchase?

Yes we do! They are available for purchase on our website or by clicking HERE.  GOLDSHEEP gift cards are sent to you via email NOT as a physical card. If gifting to someone else, you can forward the email to the recipient and they will be able to use it just the same!

 

PRIVACY POLICY

What is your Privacy Policy?

We will never share the information you provide with any third parties. The information that you provide us during checkout is used to process orders and deliver requested emails.

SALES & PROMOTIONS

Please note that discounts are not applicable on face masks.  Price adjustments are only able to be made on orders placed within 5 business days of the sale or promotion.

 

FABRIC & SIZING

Our fabric is a custom blend of Polyester and Lycra and has been extensively tested and perfected for our customer. It has excellent recovery and performance for both lifestyle and fitness due to Invista's Xtra Life Lycra. The garment will keep its shape due to the fabric construction and high lycra content. It is a tricot warp knit construction which gives a four-way fabric stretch. We have also added a special moisture-wicking element for superior enjoyment to the customer and allows for a comfortable performance due to the fast-dry finish. Lastly, there is a subtle luster of Poly that allows the image to pop and give a crisp, clean look.
