      DIGITAL MARKETING COORDINATOR // GRAPHIC DESIGNER

      We are looking for a full time Digital Marketing Coordinator to join the Goldsheep team. Our ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial self starter, able to multi-task in a fast pace environment, works well in a team setting, able to forecast trends and be well versed in pop culture. This position will be responsible for carrying out the creative director's vision and will be focused in marketing the Goldsheep brand which includes photoshoots, the social media direction and maintaining the company website.

      MUST BE STRONG WITH BOTH PHOTOSHOP AND ILLUSTRATOR

      Main Responsibilities:   

      • Continuously work with Head Designer/Creative Director on all aspects of the company, taking her ideas and making them come to life.
      • Meet with Head Designer prior to all collection concepts to go over designer mood boards and vision for overall collection.
      • Work with photographers/models/stylists/etc to create photoshoot vision for approval and organize/direct all aspect of photoshoots.
      • Come up with marketing campaigns each collection and execute effectively using assets to create email blasts and social campaigns.

        Minimum Requirements: 

      • Website - Banners (content and photos) direction and editing
      • Shopify - Look and feel / keeping updated and organized
      • Previous photoshoot management experience 
      • Knowledge in leading marketing campaigns with effective marketing concepts
      • Experience in social media content creation and the ability to maintain master marketing calendar 
      • Photograph social media content  

        Requirements: 

      • 3-5 years experience  
      • Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator 
      • Ability to manage company campaigns 
      • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
      • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines 
      • Must be a self starter looking to learn and grown in a fast pace apparel company 
      • Team player 
      • Aware of current fashion trends / pop culture and ability to forecast future trends  
      • Social media savvy (Instagram/Facebook/Twitter/Pinterest)
      • Passionate about the Goldsheep brand 
      • Creates all content in Illustrator

      GRAPHIC DESIGNER

      We are looking to an experienced graphic designer to join our team. Our ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial self starter, able to multi-task in a fast pace environment, and works well in a team setting. Must have STRONG PHOTOSHOP and ILLUSTRATOR skills. Must be organized and most important A GOLDSHEEP!

       

      Responsibilities: 

      • Create new prints according to the current collection 
      • Create content for marketing materials
      • Create content for social media
      • Work on custom clients designs and prints 
      • Help out creative team in all aspects ( mood boards , social shoots, etc)


      Requirements: 

      • 2-3 + years of experience preferred in Apparel industry
      • Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator, In design, Mail chimp
      • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
      • Ability to create repeat prints in illustrator 
      • Team player who is a self starter looking to grow in a fast pace apparel start up 
      • Aware of current fashion trends / pop culture and ability to forecast future trends 
      • Passionate about the apparel design 
      • Understands the GOLDSHEEP vibe and story

      PRODUCTION MANAGER   

      We are looking for a Production Manager to coordinate all aspects of the production department.  This position is responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of product which requires strong attention to detail and great communication skills. The Production Manager must have the ability to effectively interact with staff in order to maintain a happy and productive environment.  

      Duties and Responsibilities: 

      • Manage production/logistics to stay on calendar
      • Manage all production operations
      • Manage all cut and sew operations
      • Manage and communicate weekly with COO on workflow
      • Maintain a detailed WIP report during productions life cycle
      • Cost out all new garments
      • Monitor and communicate all the challenges throughout production with COO to prevent issues with delivery delays
      • Weekly production meetings with COO
      • Work with designers on issues pertaining to specs and print issues
      • Responsible for TOP checks on all new prints
      • Manage all fittings with designer/create director on new styles
      • Lend input and assistance to development team as needed
      • Responsible for quality of production to company standards
      • Issue forecasted purchase orders to COO for trims/fabrics and production supplies
      • Consistently check production supplies and maintain an organized checklist 

        Job Requirements:

      • Must speak Spanish 
      • Ability to work with a team and manage people
      • 3+ years of apparel preproduction preferred
      • Must have general knowledge of garment construction, specs and production process
      • Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to detail
      • Must be able to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
      • Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment, meet deadlines and adapt to change
      • Must be a team player and enjoy working in a team environment 
      • Pattern making is a PLUS
      • Digitizing is a PLUS

      PATTERN/SAMPLE MAKER  

      • 5 or more years of sample making/pattern making experience
      • Must have knowledge in sewing all types of women’s clothing (knit focused)
      • Knowledge of fit, construction, sewing techniques, and fabrications
      • Organized, attention to detail, and able to meet deadlines
      • Ability to resolve garment fit and construction issues
      • Must have great communication and organizational skills
      • Conduct proper clothing fittings and issue necessary adjustments or corrections
      • Create first patterns for samples and production patterns in a timely manner
      • Review patterns and layouts to ensure best consumption of fabric
      • Work closely with design team to help execute new product categories
      • Assist with fittings
      • Must be able to sew a sample on overlock, cover stitch and single needle
      • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
      • Grading is a plus
